How To Floss While Wearing Braces
Plague and food particles can get stuck between the wires and brackets, so it’s very important to floss each tooth thoroughly. Start from the top to the bottom, inner surface to the outer surface, until you get all of the plaque off your tooth, and then move on to the next one.

It’s important to use thin, waxed-coated floss since there are a lot of metal pieces and corners that you have to reach.

To gain more control of the dental floss, it’s important to wrap each end of the floss around your index figure.
Tip #3
Only apply a small amount of pressure! This will allow you to gently thread the floss in between your teeth without hurting you or making your gums bleed.
