Trying to figure out your plans for the Fourth of July? There’s no better place to celebrate than in Denver, Colorado! Between the sports games, concerts, and firework shows, this holiday is bound to be one of the best weekends of the summer!
Independence Eve Fireworks – Before this celebration ends with firework, you’ll get to enjoy a FREE patriotic concert and a light show on the Denver City and County Building. Lawn seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to bring some extra blankets and beach chairs just in case!

Fireworks at Elitch Gardens – Enjoy the day riding roller coasters and water slides, and the at the end of the night, watch a brilliant firework display!

SeriesFest – Are you a serious film and television nut? What better way to celebrate Independence day than by heading to SeriesFest — a four-day festival celebrating the art of independent TV series creation. Did you know that Denver was the birthplace of cable television?

Sports and Fireworks – The Rapids, Denver’s professional soccer team, and the Outlaws, our professional lacrosse team, are both playing on the 4th of July. And both games are featuring fireworks!
